National Referral Laboratory, ICAR-NRC for Grapes, Pune is pleased to announce a one-day onsite training program on “Pre- and Post- harvest sampling of fruits and vegetables for Pesticide residue analysis as per the regulatory requirement of APEDA”.

 

Course objectives:

The primary focus of this training will be to deliberate the procedure for Pre- and Post-harvest sampling of fruits and vegetables for Pesticide residue analysis as per the regulatory requirement of APEDA. The specific objective of this training as follows:

1.     To give general awareness and regulatory requirement on importance of sampling in pesticide residue analysis

2.     Method of pre-harvest sampling in grape and pomegranate for pesticide residue analysis

3.     Method of post-harvest sampling in vegetables for pesticide residue analysis

 

You will learn about:

·  Regulatory requirement in sampling as per APEDA and NABL 127

·  Pre-harvest sampling procedure for pesticide residue analysis in grape and pomegranate

·  Documentation requirement for various sampling procedures

·  Post-harvest sampling procedure for pesticide residue analysis in vegetables (Okra, Brinjal, Drumstick, Chilli, Curry Leaves, Bitter gourd)

·  Packaging and transport of samples to the laboratory- do’s and don’ts

 

Interested laboratories are requested to nominate their laboratory samplers on or before 28th August, 2026. The laboratories are requested to fill the online registration form to participate in the training programme on or before the deadline. A maximum of 80 participants only will be accommodated for this training and confirmation will be given on first come first serve basis.

 

Registration Fee:

The registration fee for one-day training will be as given below;

Up to 4 participants= Rs.10,000.00 + 18% GST=Rs. 11800.00

5-8 participants= Rs.20,000.00 + 18% GST= Rs.23600.00

09-12 participants= Rs.30,000.00 + 18% GST= Rs. 35400.00
